• As an independent practice, we do not have direct access to records from most hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems.
• Patients are responsible for requesting records from their healthcare providers; our staff is happy to provide guidance.
• Consultation will require review of prior health records before the visit. Appointments may be postponed or rescheduled if essential records are not received.
